Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 4 - Gordon Dam

It was threatening rain as we drove out to the Gordon Dam. It is a very impressive sight. When the Hydro engineers were planning the dam in this deep narrow gorge they decided on an arch dam with a double curve, side to side and top to bottom, for added strength.
